We currently ship within Australia and United States
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days via regular Australia Post. During busy periods or launches, this may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Times (estimated)
Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post/courier delays, peak periods, or external factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Returns & Refunds (14 Days)
We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
